Jonathan Moore, President
Mr. Moore is an Orlando, Florida native and a graduate of Lake Brantley High School. He attended Florida State University earning dual degrees in Finance and Real Estate.
He began his real estate career investing in office, retail, industrial, and multi-family properties as a representative for General American, an insurance company with over 6.8 billion in assets, at their branch office in Orlando.
In 1993 he founded his own real estate company, Acquisition Consultants, Inc., serving investors and companies with their commercial real estate requirements. Expanding the scope of his services in 1998, Mr. Moore launched AC Properties, LLC, a real estate development company. Through these two companies, Mr. Moore currently offers leasing, brokerage, development services, and investment consultation to his clients.
Mr. Moore's international business experience includes China, Japan, Czech Republic and Belgium.
He is a member of City Church in Orlando, Florida, and serves as a mentor with Restore Orlando, an inner city community center in the Holden Heights neighborhood. He has served on several boards, including the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Area Action Council and Leadership Council for the National Federation of Independent Businesses and Seminole County's Joint City County Advisory Committee.
Currently Mr. Moore sits on the Coalition for Property Right's Board and as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, he is currently chairing ICSC's efforts to fight Amendment 4.
Additional firm memberships include the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors, National Federation of Independent Businesses, and Mid Florida Economic Development Commission.
Jonathan is married with 4 children and resides in Winter Park, Florida.
